Vaccination

Every cat must have proof of a current F3 vaccination before their stay begins — no exceptions. This is for the safety of all our guests.

Medical care

• New Haven Veterinary Clinic is on call for anything that comes up during a stay.
• We’ll ask for your own vet’s details so we can check your cat’s history.
• You’re contacted immediately if anything comes up; any vet costs incurred are at the owner’s expense.
• Routine medication is administered at no extra charge.

Drop-off, pickup & visiting

• Both drop-off and pickup are by appointment.
• Office hours: by appointment.
